Esse projeto foi realizado na Unidade Curricular de Projeto Integrador II, com auxílio do professor Elcio Ribeiro, na Universidade da Região de Joinville - Univille. Nosso trabalho era realizar o briefing e todo o projeto de redesign da identidade visual da Startup Inboarding. Entregamos manual de marca, todos os arquivos e suas variações e o novo avatar da assistente virtual Ella.

This project was carried out in the Integrator Project II Curricular Unit, with the help of professor Elcio Ribeiro, at the Universidade da Região de Joinville - Univille. Our job was to carry out the briefing and the entire redesign project for Startup Inboarding's visual identity. We deliver the brand manual, all files and their variations and the new avatar of the virtual assistant, Ella.

Eles utilizam um manual de tom de voz que seja legível e acolhedor, para que o colaborador se sinta acolhido pelo seu novo local de trabalho, recebendo suporte oferecido pela plataforma.

Inboarding is a company in the Human Resources sector, focusing on the employee's experience when starting a new job. They use a manual with a tone of voice that is readable and welcoming, so that employees feel welcomed by their new workplace, receiving support offered by the platform.
